I cannot contain my excitement when it comes to this weather we are having. I am a NYC girl at heart even thought I live in good o’l Texas; I’m from Brooklyn,NY and this fall weather reminds me of home. So any chance that I get to throw on some faux fur and rock all black I go for it. I wanted to share one of my favorite outfits, literally all these items that I am wearing are my go to pieces. So I’m like why not combine them in one post and share where I purchased them.
I have had alot questions about where I get my clothing and how I get great deals. To be honest I just wait for sales, I NEVER pay retail unless I really; I mean REALLY want the item. See how I didn’t use need, because we all know alot of the stuff we purchase we don’t need but we sure as hell want it and deserve it, especially how hard we all work. Okay let me get back on track before I start telling my life story here, anyway.. Waiting takes forever but it is worth it at the end when you want to find a great deal. SIGN UP for emails, I KNOW that we all hate the spam but let me tell you most of what I buy is with coupons or an email alert I got from just signing up for a website. Don’t be afraid to sign up, it is worth it at the end.

I am so excited to share these images with you that my besite Timothy Mcvain Photography took of me a bit ago. We hung out at the Pearl Brewery for half the day and decided to take a break and shoot a bit.
I love the contrasting colors that fill the pearl area, so many amazing places to take photos. My bestie and I found a million places to take pictures, but I just wanted to share a few. Check out his page for more amazing photography in the San Antonio area.
There are so many art pieces around the area that you could find and shoot at. It makes for a pretty interesting shoot, you will find yourself stopping and really taking in the place.
My outfit was all under $35!
Shirt from Forever21: $12
Kimono: Forever 21 $15
Skirt: Kohls $7
Necklace: From Walmart $3 “It was a three pack”
I love finding great deals like these items in the photos, even when it comes to having things to do for free when you are visiting a town or place. I found just walking around you can bump into some pretty amazing places and have a blast on a budget!
This photoshoot was one of my favorites because my bestie Timothy Mcvain shot it. I had so much fun doing this shoot, there will be many more to come so stay tuned, hope you all have a lovely holiday! Till then…
It’s already summer and I am so excited it. Around this time of year I feel drawn to wear more brighter colors to keep me cooler, I am the type of girl who wears all black at the beach. Yikes I know, very “Wednesday Addams”! I can’t help it I just love the color black so much and it matches everything. But this year I am changing that and was so happy when 247JewelryStore contacted me to review this Orange Midi dress. I love that I can dress it up with heels or just wear embellished sandals and a cute necklace for a casual look. I am loving it so much and honestly I was afraid to have my arms out,but this piece gives me the confidence to show my arms proudly. It’s to dam hot to be wearing jacket let’s be real. 247JewelryStore also sent me that awesome watch pictured above which is so amazing and snazzy! You should check out their facebook and website, I am trying not to buy the whole store out!Hope you all had a lovely day!
I have been quite excited these past weeks because it has been lovely outside “at times, only when it’s cold”. This crazy Houston weather has had me going a bit crazy. One day it’s hot then next it’s raining then it’s so cold. Literally last week I was caught in the rain on my way to work at 7am and by 1pm it was freezing, like I said CRAZY! Honestly I love the days when it’s super chilly it gives me the chance to pull out my sweaters and actually wear them, it seems like they have been collecting dust in the back of my closet haha!
I am in love with this sweater that I purchased from Kohls, it only cost me 7 dollars which was a steal. The leggings are from wet seal (only $2) , the boots are from Forever21 which I was so lucky to get for only $5.40! YES something at forever 21 was under 6 bucks and it wasn’t makeup. I love getting deals it literally makes my week, I actually am working on a few videos on how to get great deals. Can’t wait for you all to see that! Hope everyone had a lovely holiday! xoxo
Hello Lovelies, wanted to share an outfit post today with you. Sorry I have been MIA for a bit, just sorting a few things out and finally I’m back and have tons of new posts and reviews to share with you! I was a bit scared to mix prints but I was so happy that this Floral on Floral combo actually mixed well! I added a belt to break up the print a bit so it wasn’t overwhelming and pulled the dress up to make it a bit high wasited. Don’t be afraid to mix prints, trust me at first I was like nooooo, but after I tried it I liked it! Today I even mixed a bandana print with floral and to my surprise it actually went well, here is the link. Make sure with mixing prints you dress for your body type and that YOU feel comfortable in what you are wearing that’s all that matters.
